Die Formen werden mit bei Raumtemperatur bindenden Harz-Sand-Mischungen in Formk\u00e4sten unterschiedlicher Gr\u00f6\u00dfe hergestellt. Unsere gr\u00f6\u00dften Formk\u00e4sten sind 8000 \u00d7 2000 mm, bzw.4200 \u00d7 3750 mm. Beim Einformen verwenden wir Schneckenmischern. Unsere Produktionstechnologie ist auf Kleinserien und Einzelprodukten spezialisiert, dabei spielen unsere Facharbeiter - die regelm\u00e4\u00df geschult werden - eine sehr wichtige Rolle.<\/span><\/p>\n
